HomeThe monthly base rate for water is $37.00 this covers the first 3000 gallons of water.
Every additional 1000 gallons of water is $2.75
Bills will be mailed to you by approximately the 7th of each month. Payments for monthly water service is due by the 28th of each month. A $15 late fee will be assessed on the 28th, or the last business day prior to the 28th, if the bill is not paid. All mailed or delivered payments must be received no later than the 28th of the billed month to prevent a late fee charge. If the current month's bill has not been paid by the 28th and the previous month has not been paid, the homeowner will be assessed another late fee and the water service shall be discontinued.
Additionally, a $75 disconnect / reconnect fee will be assessed. To have water service reinstated, the account balance must be paid in full.
